Are your door locks safe?

So one of the things that I found on the home inspection today is the proper safe egress. The egress is anything that can be a fire escape today specifically, a door. Today, I found on this door was that there was a double lock feature from the inside. What that does is it prevents someone who doesn't have a key or common knowledge to open up that door in the case of a fire. So say that door was leading to the exterior from the rear of the home. If the fire is on the front of the home and they don't have that key, it can prevent them from leaving the home in the case of a fire and for them to do a proper escape. One thing that I'll write up on that is to have a proper locking mechanism that can be just a normal switch which can just be taking out that double lock feature.
